About Us
IMD Development Group was founded in 2012 to develop upscale commercial real estate in the Tri-Cities area.  The following three individuals comprise IMD Development Group.
Denise Lathim
Denise has 20+ years experience in residential, multi-family property management, and commercial property management and brokerage. She has been active in the Tri-City real estate market since the early 1990's and has worked for HUD and key developers of this area.

Realtor, PPM, Tax Credit Specialist, Certified Occupancy Specialist.  Member of NAR, On the Board of Directors for the Benton/Franklin Counties Rental Owners Association, member of the Tri-Cities chapter of BOMA, Associate member of The Commercial Brokers Association.
Gretl Crawford
Gretl went to both UW and WSU to get a degree in Interior Design with an emphasis in both business and fine arts.  Gretl has been working in the residential construction industry since 1996.  She opened her own company, Gretl J. Crawford Interiors, Inc., in 1998 and that business has evolved over the years from consulting and interior design into general contracting and becoming a home builder.
Michael Gimera
Michael was a co-owner of HiLine Engineering & Fabrication for over 16 years.  He is a licensed engineer in the state of Washington with experience at automation and process controls.  His education includes a BSBA from California State University, Northridge and BSEE from WSU.
